What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a journey of Self Discovery, aligning your sub-conscious mind with your conscious mind. "We are what we think we are."
The techniques and exercises used in our life coaching programs are based on Neuro Linguistic Programming and works on changing our mindset to re-frame old limiting beliefs.
This process allows you to achieve a defined goal that is Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic & Time-bound in each & every area of your life that you choose to focus on or develop.
A Coach is a person that assists you in developing yourself into the person that you believe you could be. Doing the things that you believe in, which makes you happy & by getting positive results that delights you.
A Life Coach gets you from point A to point B, utilizing proven & successful life strategy techniques.
Sessions are 60-90mins each and either conducted in person or online.
What is NLP?

Neuro
The nerve system (the mind) and the sensory organs with which we receive and filter information through our five senses.
Linguistic
The way we communicate and interpret experience through language, including body language, images, sounds, feelings, taste, as well as words.

The way we construct personal ‘programs’ of thought, communication and behavior.
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)
